Facebook conversion rate for Weight loss?

Hello everybody, hope you're all well! 
I've recently started running a PPC campaign on facebook for a free nutrition report (list building purposes)...
My conversion rate so far has been around 6%, is this low for Facebook? It's certainly awful by Adwords standard ....
I've been targeting ads at people who may want to lose weight i.e. mothers with young children (post-pregnancy), weight watchers fans and a few other demographics ...
I'm thinking the problem however is with the landing page rather than the quality/relevance of the traffic, as CTR has been good?
