Hello Guys.

I havn't posted on warrior forum in a while but i'm stil reading here on almost a daily bases. But i'm stuck with 2 tiny questions ( well tiny )

1. I got a nice site ranking 3th in google on 2 diferent keywords and some 4 / 8 positions on other and somewhat around 25 ish posts.. Got it connected with twitter / facebook / google+ / youtube And I am getting 250 / 300 visitors a day organicly. And got about 9 folowers on twitter 10 on fb and some on google. My videos do get shown on youtube so the trafic keeps dripping in slowly but steadily.

I'm using the clictrough theme with the recommended adsense ad blocks. But still i'm only getting 2 clicks a day ( if lucky sometimes 0 ) wich is less than 1% ctr. A bit low in my opinion.

The site is just a basic news site about a product about wich i'm updating people when new rumors appear. Nothing fancy nothing special with theming just plain text some pictures and a white ctr-free-theme.

Any help would be greatly apreciated in my opinion having 250 / 300 visitors a day should be making about 1 euro a day?

I tried advertising for a product that matches the product i'm talking about i got 3 to 5 clicks a day on that but 0 sales. So maiby i should try another but rught now i'm a bit clueless..

Is there any keyword research stratigy with wich i can find out for what other pruducts people are searching after or before searching for mine?

Or would it be a better idear to try and contact companys if they wanna put an ad on my site?

second.. Would it be a good idear to register another website adres? ( right now i got *.nl domain but registering a *.com and doing a 301 redirect would that be beneficial to ceo?

thanks

I have to agree it doesn't appeal to readers at all.

You need to engage readers. I don't know maybe have a sticky post on your front page with a video that engages readers. Then they might be more willing to explore the site.

People like human interaction so maybe even a video of yourself with a short introduction. As it is you website feel cold.

    Hello guys,

I'm on 350 to 450 pagevieuws a day now... But still only earning 1 euro a day on adsense.. Any one got any idears?
Advise would be greatly apreciated couse I think that i shoult be able to make more out of this amount of pagevieuws ( i had 491 page views this Sunday ).. And only made 1,50 euro trough adsense.
( And no not on any of the sites on my signature )

The problem is that the blog is about something that isn't available on the market right now but will be next year..
You guys think that i should keep it monatized till next year and then start earning? Or change my tactics totaly?

If you're getting 250/300 visitors per day then 1 Euro doesn't seem very good. But you need to tell us what you're doing, what are you selling? We're all blind here. There's no way we can help you. Going in blind I could suggest switching out the offer.

Organic search obviously thinks your site is worthy, but what questions are you answering, what problems are you solving? Partially answer these questions on-site and then send the reader to an offer that fully answers the question.

At the moment i'm keeping people updated about progress about new smartphones, ones that will arive on the market next year.. So there isn't realy any thing to sell yet. I had an affiliate link on my site to an site selling diferent smarthones (recent / older ones ) and got clicks on it ( more than on my adsense ) but 0 sales. Wich is understandable becouse people are after the new one wich their reading and searching about. I think most people that visit my site are mostly interested in what is going to hapen in the future thus not realy interested in buying yet ( yes that might explain the why i cant put on any affiliate selling programs ) ..
But still in my opinion if people are interested that much in reading about the new phones than why arn't they interested in clicking my adsense.. that's what bavles me..

If i visit my site the CTR theme shows some nice ads that actualy match the site in my opinion their tempting to click ....
I connected a youtube / facebook / twitter & g+ account to it and get likes / folowers and views so people do click.. but somehow i'm getting the idear that their just reading trough the ads.

Maiby its just becouse its a site that has nothing to sell becouse the product will arive somewhere in the start of next year.. I would be fine with making nothing now if I would know that my patience would pay of the 1 euro a day pays for my hosting anyways..

You think that waiting till the product arives and than hit the affiliate and sel works? or i should just drop it?

Ah, this now makes sense on what you're doing. I am wondering if you have considered:
        • Developing an email capture system for your website so you can build a list.
        • As you build your list sending newsy and informative emails (as the main) and potentially providing a sales type product say every 4-5th email - in order to potentially build a relationship with your website visitors so when you have the main product to sell, they will hopefully be more willing to buy from you than from another product vendor. (In many respects people don't like being sold to; and I know myself if a marketer only sends me sales emails I unsubscribe.)
        • Having a comments/feedback section on your website where people can ask their questions etc. to assist building a relationship and being positioning yourself as the expert in your specific niche/product.
As a very wealthy internet marketer I heard speak at a seminar stated:
"People buy from People. 99% of the time people do not buy on the first visit. People buy only when they feel they can trust the seller and believes the seller gives good value and over delivers".

        Hope this assists.

If your content is good and you're building and honing in on anticipation of a new product then I think you should be building a ...... yes, I said it......building a list. Put together a shit hot promo / pamphlet about what you anticipate will be the best thing since sliced bread about this thing. Foresee the questions that will be asked about it. Get in touch with the vendor / try to get some inside info. Be the hottest content available, capture their emails. Then be as smart as you can - don't dive on them. Don't bugger off and do the usual sell, sell, sell. See this thing through and keep those folks keen. What's the next best thing after this one? What's iteration 3.7 gonna be like???

first decide on how you want to make money online. Then focus on that and start getting a ton of traffic. You gotta get thousands of visitors to your site to see results.
