I am looking to hire someone from Odesk for linkbuilding but there are just so many people and I'm not sure how much I can trust the reviews/ratings. Does anyone have their own list of assistants that they've used from there that they feel good about?

Before looking into this option, make sure that you get a report of all the links built. Make sure that they are from varied sources. Also make sure about the pace in which links are being built. Google takes a note on Backlink frequency. If it's too fast to believe that the links are natural, you have a lot of probability to get punished.
