Ultra paranoid? adwords keep my BROWSER history against me ?

Me, I am insane, likes to worry and overthink things ... 
I block ads; using same browswer signed in; to start doing adwords
Guesses from you .. we cannot know for sure ... will google use my NEVER ... EVER clicked on any ads history to UP my lowest bid allowed ??
or any other use it might be good for.
Similarly G knows everything you do , click, buy, etc.
So the more evil sites you visit and own, the lower your sites will rank, and the worse your adwords will perform; the more you will have to pay.
All it takes is just a few lines of code by their multi PHD developers.
Eg: adsense; if you have black hat stuff high ranked website; you have a negative black hat score and will not be allowed.?
Every search and click you make can be construed as minus 33 ... more evil ... or ... plus 10 ... more helpful to humanity ... G can profile us all that way; and hopefully help catch many gruesome murder type baddies this way
SOME of those evil clicks where you suck up compet. money is sometimes linked backed to you; you really think you are MORE clever than $ 80 BILLION dollar company's people ?
For example:
I HAVE to peek at my compet. adwords first time I start. Should I use a diff. browser to hide from G, or use my adwords logged in browswer to take a ONE time peek ... at ad listing 1 to 10... one right after the other ????
If I hide I somehow admit I do evil; G can see I did ZERO clicks to compet. but thats impossible ... everyone wants to look at compet. ... even just once.
So hiding = admit evil; showing I do it ONCE = better ??
