Focus keywords and Google snippets question

I have a blog using Wordpress and have Yoasts SEO plugin which I use.
I was just playing around with this and a question sprung to mind that as a new (ish) fella to all this maybe you can help.
I have a post which has my highest visitors by 75% so far. The focus keyword is exactly the same as the post title 'Wholesale fashion clothing wholesalers in Manchester'
(I have only just noticed a silly mistake and put the word wholesalers twice in my blog title).... and focus keyword.
My questions are
1) I place the keyword in the title so think its ok for the keyword also, is this right or should I do something else?
2) If I changed the keyword now, would that be a problem in anyway with Google searches or could it improve it (maybe by using/tweaking the keywords)
Note: I have just entered my keyword into Google in three variations and each brought my post up in the first page... Im not logged into Google so that seems good to me... maybe i should leave it alone.
