    May be Google Penalized your website because recently Google Penguin 2.1 is updated. Read Google Webmaster Guidelines to recover from this. And also make your website's URL Structure SEO Friendly.

    Anchor text spread looks ok

    URLs are overoptimised

    Since you're new to SEO, you should rather take time and learn SEO well or hire a good SEO company to optimize your website.

    if you want to learn it yourself this forum i think is one of the best place. pick some good Wso's with positive reviews. am sure you'll learn a lot.
