Hi Warrior Friends, I need an advise for my website. Please help me. I have a website that is currently suffering from bad quality links and bad quality links are done by previous SEO companies so I can't remove them and they are nearly more than 1000. I have collected all bad quality links in my report. Will Google Disavow Tool will work effectively and my website will be out of danger after processing of Google disavow tool without removing the bad quality back links? Secondly if this is not possible then can I make a new website with same company name, design and coding and headings that is using on existing website just change the content of pages and also keep the existing website live as well because it has still traffic?

Disavow wont get you anywhere unless you show google you are trying to remove the links.

Start by removing the links, then use disavow in a last effort.

I know you say that you can't remove the links but you would be surprised. Most of the time SEO companies utilize 3--rd party services that will coopoerate with link removal.

I would say upload the links into disavow tool while you are trying to remove the links manually. Do not wait.

Source: My experience. My traffic started to recover exactly 1 week after submitting the bad backlinks.

I work for a credible clothing company as my 9-5 (and yes I still do SEO as my business). There are two people that do SEO for the marketing team of the company I work for. The Director of SEO, and myself (SEO manager). We have hundreds and thousands of links. Every day I spend a couple of hours going through new links and existing links and see if we have any spammy links. From there, I go to who.is and get the webmasters info and I send them an e-mail to remove our link.

I've gotten a decent response rate from sending them an e-mail , with two follow-ups if they don't respond. I ONLY use disavow as my last tool. And when I do, I upload all the URLS into a .txt file and upload it to disavow.

If you want a template to send out e-mails you can have something like this..

    Link Removal Email #1:

    Dear Webmaster,
Hi! We noticed you have a link on your site, (insert link), that directs back to us at (your link). We kindly ask you to remove this link within 10 days of this email request.
Please let us know when you have removed the link, or if you have any questions.
    Thanks for your help!

Link Removal Email #2: (Give them about 5 days and if they don't respond send this)

    Dear Webmaster,
Hi! We contacted you on [date] regarding a link on your site, (insert link), that directs back to us at (your link). We’re sending a friendly reminder for you to please remove it within 10 days of this email request.
Please let us know when you have removed the link, or if you have any questions.
    Thanks for your help!

Link Removal Email #3: (give them another 5 days and if they don't respond send the final notice)

    Dear site owner,
Hi! We’ve sent two email requests, [date email 1], [date email 2], asking you to remove a link on your site, (insert link), that directs back to us at (your link). At this point, we have not heard back from you and would greatly appreciate acknowledgement that this is being addressed.
Again, we request that you remove this link from your site within 10 days of this email request. Please let us know when you have removed the link, or if you have any questions.
    Thanks for your help!

Now if you don't have time to do this, then I would outsource to someone like odesk and tell them EXACTLY what you want done. A lot of people complain about people from odesk, but there's a reason why you interview them and besides, you can use a template like the one I provided and make it easier for you and the person from odesk.
