Adwords banner Gif question

Hi everyone
I want to use adwords for the first time , and i am making Gif banners ( annimated) , i know that banners size must be less then 150k , also annimation need to be less then 30 seconds.
My question is , i outsource some banners , and they are 20frame per second , i read that it have to be less then 5fps, but when the freelancer apply the new 5fps, its really looks not good as 20fps, So i want to know if its ok to use the 20fps ones ? if not what can you suggest me
