Bought a domain, but need help!

Well now that I have your attention.. I need your help.

Me and my partner just bought a new domain name in the casino industry (where we have ourselves a little network). The domain has a PR 4 multiple rankings in google, good visitors, good (exact)keywords.. however the thing is, its a spanish website.

The current content on the website is about bingo, the keyword in the domain is also bingo, and we also intent to use it for bingo..

Now our purpose is to have it as a linkwheel website, but dont know what harm it can do to our current (dutch) network by adding spanish visitors.

Its not our intention to keep the website in spanisch but change it to dutch ASAP. The thing is, we need the linkjuice, the part that the domain is aged, and good to build on.

I;ve been thinking about doing one or 2 things with it..

1. Building a linkwheel blog on it (dutch based) and change rankings and language of the website to dutch in the hope that google will rank it in the netherlands.

2. 301 redirecting to another domain in our network just to pull out the juice and let it die slowly and start rehabilitation afterwards.. that means building it up from scratch after it has lost all possible backlinks/rankings etc in spain.

Please advice, any other suggestions would be welcome aswell.
