Hi Warriors,

The blog I'm writing about doesnt have any specific 'main' keywords. There are several topics I'm discussing and they might change over time.

Is it okay to use those topics as a starter and when I'm about to write on other topics switch my main keywords?

Thanks in advance!
Tijs

What do you mean by switch your main keywords, are you talking about editing keywords on existing pages?

      Hi Yukon,

      Thanks for your reply!

No, I meant using different keywords in future posts, and leave the main keywords as they were, so I can still rank for my older posts :-)

That's fine as long as it's the same niche for both the old & new post.

sum up all keywords in a excel and put them in google keyword planner tool. Search and pick the best keyword in your niche

Use google adwords keyword planner tool for this purpose i must say just analyse the best keywords for you. This is the best way to check what you want....

Yes, this is what I do, too. And it has been helping me a lot in choosing the keywords for my articles. It is accurate, I must say. Other keywords might sound awkward once you try placing them on your articles but this, unfortunately, is what will help you rank in the future.

you will be fine, seoing other keyword in future posts, even if it's slightly different niche (i've said SLIGHTLY)

well actually you could change it more than slightly but it needs to be slightly at a time, you know, naturally
