I've been studying the idea of tiered link building and its benefits. Additionally, strategies for implementing the technique so that I can increase the ranking of my site. The challenge I am having is in knowing the quality links that I can acquire for Tier 1. It is my understanding that these are of the utmost quality. How do I get these high quality links? Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

No is the answer. It's like many of the thousands of "easy" systems to rank a website. The reason people think it should work is because it mimics a natural profile. What you actually end up with is a layer of brand new tier-1 links with 0 page authority, followed by tier-2 which again are brand new links with 0 page authority and so on.

LINKS IN THEMSELVES DO NOT HELP RANKING.It's the authority that comes with them that achieves it. A zero authority link, linking to a zero authority link that links to a zero authority link creates.......yes, a zero authority link.

If you really want to rank a website, create something that people will want to link to. Something of value. Tell people about it on forums etc and it will happen all, by itself.

Despite what you might read, push button SEO does not work. In all the years I've been doing SEO, I've never seen someone offer ANY live example of it working. It's a myth perpetuated by people with a vested interest in pushing a product or people who wish to seem like an authority on the subject.

Save yourself a lot of time and heartache by trying to achieve long term, stable results by doing it the right way. In the end, it actually takes LESS work and the results will stick indefinitely.

Back in the day you could make 1000 crappy backlinks, then make 1000 crappy backlinks to each one of those backlinks and your site would be set, now a days, the amount of links you would have to create to achieve that would be insane, and most certainly be of terrible quality. Think small scale if you're going to be using this tactic. Create an article on a blog and include your link to your "money site", then maybe make a YouTube video and include the link to that blog post. Boom, you just made tiered link building.
