    try moving it under the first paragraph and just before the bullet points

    and try removing the feed too, maybe google has a problem with it being associated with another ad broker.

    If this is a new site and you put Adsense on the Home Page before there was much content, give Google a few weeks to rescan the page.

      Try putting these at the start of your content :

      <!-- google_ad_section_start -->

      and these at the end

      <!-- google_ad_section_end -->

      Preferably your content will have the keywords in which the google adsense bot will use to retrieve your ads

    this is an old site i had content on a month before adding adsense.

    i moved the code to the bottom of page.
    i added <!-- google_ad_section_start --> and <!-- google_ad_section_end --> and still public service ads on the home page. ads show up fine on post pages.

    alex with an open div tag would that happen if you hard coded the ad into the template?
    i just copy and pasted the code into the text section as i wrote the sales copy. so i looked and did not see a problem.

    thanks;

      How long has it been like it ? it may be that google adsense bot needs to crawl the page. I had the same problem and it took about 2 days before all the pages on the site working with all ads

    you're using this wrong

    <!-- google_ad_section_start -->

    <!-- google_ad_section_end -->

    You dont put it around ALL of your text, you only put it around a few words that contain your main keyword, then it will only display ads related to that phrase...

    I tend to put mine around my H1 tags that contain my keywords....

    any way, try what i suggested, placing the google ad in the middle of the page and see what happens... if problem persists, you need to contact google about it.

    also might be worthy to add this
    https://www.google.com/adsense/suppo...n&answer=23168

    the ignore attribute... if you know of keywords that you dont want ads to appear from, ie, you may notice one that pays less than others... then you can enter that into the ignore tag, and do super tight filtering... but these take approx 2 weeks to kick in though.

    <!-- google_ad_section_start(weight=ignore) -->
    KEYWORD YOU DONT LIKE
    <!-- google_ad_section_end -->
