I want to migrate my blog from myblog.blogspot.com to myblog.wordpress.com

can this be done? I can only find it for owned domains.

There for sure are possibilities for that, but it requires some good website-coding knowledge. If the blog is a real-deal and high quality for you, you can use a premium service for this - I recommend going to Envato's Microlancer - 100% done.

Otherwise, try reading some tutorials, maybe they help you:

There are also some plugins with "import from Blogger" possibilities, but it would require trying it out from you:
