Should i individually bookmark my urls ?

Hi,
My website has recently dropped of the front page of google and i have started writing articles and submitting them to try build new links and unique content.

The problem is i'm not sure wether or not to individually bookmark the article urls or to just bookmark my homepage ?

i was just going to start bookmarking in the top 15 dofollow sites every second day does this sound like a good idea ?

Am i on the right track ?
Any info would be great thank you/

    Bookmarking your webpages and your article links is a great idea. When you compare both, the later will work better because when the bookmarked content has informative things, chances are there that visitors will come to our website, whereas when you bookmark your site content, you will have only product or some static information that is not very interesting as articles or blog posts.

      Also does anyone use only wire for bookmarking submission & is it safe ?
      I was looking at using it to do 40 bookmarks per 1 new artice/url every week
      to keep fresh content and quality links.
