Need Advice to get rank atleast in top 50

Hello friends,
My friend have a website, name is seohonchos.com. I need to rank it in atleast in top 50. It is fresh and clean . It has static HTML. Meta and GA GW are perfect. Content is perfect but its not ranking anywhere. Can any one help me to get out from this prob and get some solution?
This is not my website. So please dont write here that seo company doesnt know....
I need advice only.Suggestion are welcome.

        Well if it's your friends website about SEO, why are you trying to rank it? Is he asking you to do it because he can't?

        Is he providing an SEO service?

        If so, how can he help people rank their sites if he can't even rank his own?

        I'm not having a go or anything but to be honest it makes no sense to me at all.....

    What people are trying to say is.

    Your trying to rank a website who's own business is to rank other peoples websites. So if you or they can not rank their own website. How are they ever going to rank their clients websites?

    As PaulG puts it best.

    "Be careful, your SEO might be catfishing"

    And no one is going to help such a business rank, only to take peoples money without delivering the results expected for that money. If you or they can not rank their own page, they are not qualified to provide the service they advertise. And obviously do not deserve to even be indexed by Google.

    I'm no lawyer, but I'd personally rank that site in the fraud section of Googles index.

      I could not have said that better myself.

      There is enough crap SEO services taking money from people and risking other businesses. To be honest though anyone using any SEO services is taking a risk anyway.

    Will you get satisfied if your site be ranked at position #50 or page #5? Why not page #1 or even number #1??

    First of all, ranking in the top 50 is useless. Not sure why that is a goal, but whatever.

    The content is perfect? No, actually the content is completely awful. I would start by hiring a writer that speaks English fluently. There are a ton of grammatical errors and stuff that just makes no sense. On top of that, most of the content isn't even done.

    For being an SEO company, your "friend" is pretty clueless on how to actually do any SEO.

    There are canonical issues with the site. Nobody ever bothered to choose a preferred domain version. Both the WWW and non-WWW version are available.

    Nevermind... this isn't even worth going through.

    First, they should revamp their services to provide something that is actually beneficial SEO-wise. Most of what I see they are offering is either completely lacking any value (see the SEO audit) or a recipe for disaster and penalties (see just about everything else).

    Then they should redo everything that is done so far with some decent content. The meta descriptions (which are useless anyhow) are riddled with errors. Who the heck wants to "improvise their online business"?

    Even the title tag has the freaking business name misspelled.
