    Yes, google AdSense will accept if theres no fraud / validation of rules / link spammed behind this. Overall you cannot take an article without permission from any website (that's for a separate another discussion, its about copyright).

    Duplicated content is lowering your SEO, but it doesn't prohibit you from using AdSense.

    You can use the article but spin it , shuffle the words and than check it for plagiarism make sire it is above 90% original and than use it for maximum benefit.

    Duplicate content can't help you with anything, and when google finds out duplicate content it can penalize you, the best you can do is to take ideas from the original and then write a new yourself.
    As far as google adsense is concerned, they don't mind it.

      When you take it from newspaper sites it's simply illegal, only when you have a press-card / journalist license you can do that.

      From other sites I think it's tolerable as long as you mention the source. I wouldn't do it on a large scale though and I would citate the news, so write your own introduction paragraph and an end conclusion or something like that.
