Yoast SEO and fixing the colored dot indicator of onpage SEO quality

I used to be able to visually see in the Posts>All Posts page what Yoast thought of my on page SEO. Green = good, Yellow = needs somework, Orange = pathetic SEO.

I can still see the dot when I go to the individaul posts through the edit command. The green button shows up, but the fill in the blank with comments below the posts are gone. So, I get the colored dot, but no comments concerning what changes should be done to get the dot to the green setting. The portion where you enter keyword, write meta descripion, etc. is gone.

All I get now at the bottom of my post (in edit mode) is a section for Revisions, and Comments.

The only two things I have changed are updating my W3 Total Cache setting to be optimized for a shared hosting account that uses Cloudflare.

I use the free version of Yoast.

Having the colored dot appear on the Posts > All Posts page allows the site owner/operator to quickly see what posts do not have proper on page SEO

Thank you for taking your time to consider my problem. I really need to get this solved.
