Wierd SERPs Format

I was just doing a search on Google and the SERPs seemed different.
Normally, I see the page title, hyperlinked, with the url below it. When I searched using Chrome in private browsing, though, the url was above the page title, which was still hyperlinked.
Is anyone else seeing this? Is this old news and I'm just not observant?
