Is it OK to use posts from my BMR days

Hi,

Back for more free advice. I have thousands of posts from my BMR days which are basically blurbs about my niche. They are conversational style but are basically brain dump sentences which are anything but ground breaking. They are manually written (no spinning), grammatically correct and there are no spelling mistakes. Would it be OK to use these for content or will they negatively impact my SERPs? Thinking about using them for tiers 2 and 3. What do you think? Here is an example of one -

I know people always want a great deal and they always want that great deal to be at a decent price. We are a world obsessed on getting value for money and to be honest why not. It's your money so why wouldn't you want value for money. Value for money for me is saving a lot of money and saving money always makes me feel good. Your deep fat fryer can save you money on going to the chip shop. Why go to the chip shop when you can have chips for free at home, while frying them in a deep fat fryer. A fat fryer should be an integral part of any home. It is a very important device, it fries all your food after all and that is definitely a good thing. I like to fry stuff, I know it's unhealthy but I love it. It's the only way to cook.

Cheers,
Seamy

You shouldn't have any issues with using the content. BMR got nailed what in 2012? If your content was ever indexed it is long gone at this point. If you really want to check, copy paste a snippet of the content into Google search. If nothing shows up you are in the clear.
