Tracking from Opt-In to Sale?

I'm going to be doing some PPC for a new product I'm creating. I need to be able to track the buyer from ad to opt-in-page to sale. The selling cycle is PPC ad > Opt-in page > Free teleseminar > Sales Page > Sale.
I know AdWords (through Analytics, I think) tracks only for 30 days. How can I track from PPC ad through all the way through to the sale (remember traffic is directed to an opt-in page for a free teleseminar first and THEN to the sales page for the sale) and can I do it even if the customer buys more than 30 days after they initially clicked on the ad?
I know 1ShoppingCart can do this, but to keep my costs low as I test, I'm using PayPal instead. How can I track which sales came from the PPC ad, even if it's more than 30 days? I need to be able to separate the PPC buyers from those who came through article marketing, press releases, etc.
