.CD Domain - Will It Effect US, UK Serps?

I own the domain sample.cd. My idea is to set it up as a "audio sample cd" review site. I am also a music producer, and I'm constantly purchasing audio sample cds so I thought I may aswell review them for others and at the same time I can maybe promote my own music on the blog and drive traffic to my youtube tutorial videos.

What I was wondering was will the .cd have any impact on ranking in the US and UK and other areas around the world?

    "SEO Expert & Developer" cough...cough..cough..

    It will have great effect in The Congo, but no effect on any other region.

      I was heavily into SEO in 2011. I've been out of the game almost 2 years where I focused on setting up my own offers and promoting them on affiliate sites. I ought to change that lol.

      Do you have any reference to this though regarding other countries TLDs ranking in the US and UK?

        .cd is a geo generic TLD, like .ms .co etc...

        You should have just checked Google
