Dynamic Keyword Insertion on Landing Page??

When adding a dynamic keyword insertion GET code on my landing page, what keywords will show up? Will it be what the user actually typed into the Google search box (including any misspellings or close variants) or will it be the predetermined keyword that I bid on initially? If it is the former, should I then only utilize exact match, so that no misspellings or close variants show up on my lander, or can I still use phrase match?

Bid on [ABC Health Insurance]
User types: ABC haelth insruance
Lander shows: ABC haelth insruance
Example 2
Bid on "ABC Health Insurance"
User types: ABC haelth insruance online review
Lander shows: ABC Health Insurance
Is either one correct?
