Site re-design, Indexing problems

I recently had my site re-designed. Previously all external links were going to the www.site.com version (instead of non-www. version).

Before re-design, google was indexing the www.version of the site (approx 80+pages), but this has dropped to 11pages. After re-design its indexing the non-www.version of my site (140pages), instead. But thats no help, cos all the link juice is at the www version

I've submitted sitemaps for both versions (www and non www)

What can I do, to get it to index all the pages on the www.version , like it did before?

First make sure that your website is accessible via (www) or Non-www but not both as this will lead to duplicate contents issue (as Google treats subdomain a different site). To handle this situation you need to properly implement 301 redirections. Then afterwards submit the sitemap.

Fist 301 redirect non www to www version as what you preferred.

List all the old URLs and properly redirect them to the new URL equivalent. If you are using WP you can easily do this by using the Redirection plugin or use the htaccess if otherwise.

you must 301 redirects the old urls to the new ones and submit the sitemap also with new urls.

  Thanks folks. I now realise that wmt was actually indexing both versions of my site (www and non www) even before re-design.
  
  Its just that after redesign the www. index dropped, and the non-www index increased.
  But anyhow google shouldn't be indexing both versions right? There should only be one, as this means I have a canonical issue?
  
  As far as I can see I have all the variations below;
  Should I pick one, and ask my webdeveloper to 301 redirect the others to it?
  And then make sure wmt only has 1sitemap (not 2?)

If you've redirected it right then it will bounce back up after a temporary fall in rankings....

I'd suggest you to continue with building a couple of links from related blogs to keep google's crawlers updated.
