A Question about how I'm going to do this.

Hi there,

I have a website, that is dedicated to a brand of clothes (levis)

All my posts are done through WpZonBuilder, which means:

1 - Its all duplicate content
2 - In the post editor all their is in every post is "[amazon-product]"

How am I going to SEO this, despite having the least amount of views I've ever had on a site, it has made me the most money.

I want to start ranking this site etc.

How could I go about it?

    Duplicate content gets ranked down by google. Key to SEO is unique high value content that is keyword rich.

    Maybe create an off site blog and SEO that and just backlink your current websites products?

    Need to be original to get good google ranking.

    If it hasn’t been banned by Google yet it probably will soon. Duplicate content and raw affiliate links are a no go. You need real content for each page. So for each page find a non competitive keyword phrase to write good content for that keyword. Add “no follows” to your affiliate links as well. Check out some great content to help you out! - Pete

      Im confused now, basically my best option is to rewrite all pages with unique content?

      If that is the case, what is the point in the plugin ? $99 for a plugin that gets your site banned? Great investment...

        Just because someone is selling something doesn't mean it's useful. Scraping Amazon isn't a smart thing to do while trying to rank the same pages in Google SERPs.

    Install a blog into your site. It is very easy to set up a WordPress blog. If you have no knowledge about setting up a blog, then no need to be worried about. You can hire some one for doing that. Then populate your blog with fresh, high quality, unique article targeting your niche. You blog article will be ranked and organic visitors will visit your store via your blog. This can be a good solution for your problem.

      Duplicate content? Man, you people aint been to amazon.com, have you?
      Talk about duplicate content! Holy moly! How about wikipedia? Yahoo?
      Google? Youtube? NYT?

      Scraped content in an uninteresting, nonunique, no value setting is an
      entirely different story.

      But Google shows you how to do it!

      The day google bans duplicate content, is the day the serps go blank.

      I would leave that page alone, collect the do-re-mi, and perhaps make
      more! Or better still, make a page that is a valuable piece of internet
      real estate, giving people something of value, duplicate content or not.

      I can see it now. WF members rapidly sending off emails to amazon.com
      because they have discovered that soon the site will die...and offer their
      expert SEO services...

        Uh, yeah, Google has said they treat scraped ecommerce differently than the average web page that nobody cares about.

        Good luck scraping Amazon, my money is on Amazon pages sticking around the SERPs longer than someone with a WP scraper plugin.

    Why people are not wise enough, google has been very clear on duplicate content, it is never going to work. It's a wild goose chase, you'll never get to catch.
