Does www in URL address really matters?

A month ago I tried to upgrade WP theme to 3.7 on my website klikkutak.com. Something went wrong and I got fatal error messages which I did not know how to fix. But I decided to delete my site with no many posts move to new host (already panned) I and write my posts again. I was careful to keep the urls unchanged. But.... I can't see my keywords anywhere, and it is not recognized by Google Webmaster Tools. My old site was hxxp://www.klikkutak.com and this recovered from the scratch is without www. I submit it to Google Webmasters Tools but xml site map contain only submitted 19 urls and no indexed urls.
I also created new website top-coffee-makers.com 20 days ago with three articles but it is not founded by Google yet. After two years of learning affiliate marketing I feel I do not understand so many things. Is it normal that my website top-coffee-makers.com is not indexed and ranked by Google yet? Will my site klikkutak.com and my keywords positions be affected because of missing www? Thank you.

Does not matter, as long as both go to the index page.
If not, a simple redirect fix.

However, you did not create that top-coffee-makers.com
20 days ago. More like 10.

If it's not indexed in 3 weeks time, perhaps google just feels
    the need to avoid it.

How about this. Just take the klick site down and do a global 301 redirect
    to the new one.

Redirect the one your not using back to the one you want to use.

      Just to send my feedback.
My site with domain top-coffe-makers.com has never been approved by Google. I promoted the same product on it I had already promoted on klikkutak.com. After a lot of learning I find that Google did not like if you promote the same product on two sites.
I also learned that it is easy to add www to my Wordpress site. I had to go to settings- general and add www in website address.

Most cloud services require the www. otherwise a 301 will fix the issue, you can also go into Google webmaster tools and change the preferred domain. We did this with our website a couple of years ago, and for some reason lost a lot of search engine momentum, not sure if it was related...

If your website open with only one case, i.e with or without www, then it is doesn't matter, but if your website open with both cases then it will matter, it is a canonical issue, search count to be duplicate URL, you have to redirect it to one. Or in google webmaster tool, you have a option to choose best URL.

www and non-www do matter. They are viewed as different websites by Google (sub-domain/domain). You can easily fix this issue by changing it back to www in Wordpress. Very easy to do.

As for your coffee site. Try adding the sitemap to Google Webmaster tools. It should be indexed very shortly thereafter.

Also, a word of advice. Don't share your sites on this forum. People can steal your niche research or worse yet do negative SEO on your domain.

    Best of luck.
