Why does one of my sites get almost double the click through rate

My first site example is hxxp://www.relationshipsurgery.com

Yesterday this site got around 1k clicks and 50k page views


My other site is hxxp://www.strongmindbraveheart.com

Yesterday this also got around 50k pv put 2,300 clicks.


Why do you think this is the case?

    I'd assume that the bounce rate on the first one is almost double your second page though.

    That is likely the reason, people are landing on your first page and leaving fairly quickly because it's thin on content and does not look appealing.
    Where as your second page actually has content, looks nice and has a better ad placement through out the content.

    Lot of CTR will be niche dependent. Some niches are just more "clicky" than others.
