Hi guys,

I am really interested in learning how to create effective campaigns with adwords and analyze data with google analytics.
I dont have any accounts in Google adwords and want to know if there was like a portal to practice managing google adwords campaigns.
I just want to get into the nitty gritty of it and want some experience so I can become a sem/ppc manager in the future.
I want to learn how to use pivot tables because this company I interviewed said that it is a key essential in what they do with ppc.
My ultimate goal is to manage a large campaign and excel at it.

I love looking at data and finding meaning to it.

any input or pointing me in the right direction will be greatly appreciated. I dont have much money so I dont want to take any courses and hope I can learn this on my own.

    Have you done the qualification exams? Sign up to the Google Partner program and you can do training courses and learn the ins and outs.

    Pivot charts/tables experience can come from just using excel and knowing what is a filter, sums and totals etc etc. They will probably using this to determine time of day, day of the week type data and interpreting it in charts to share with clients along with other variables.

      Training is the best way to go about learning more about PPC. First of all, PPC is very expensive if done incorrectly.

    You should pick product and try Adwords yourself. Once you get into it and your money depends on it, you will then master it very quickly. There are a lot of inside tricks though, but you will learn them with the time. If you have any questions, just let me know and I be happy to help you.

    Try and get a Google AdWords voucher for 3100 or $75 from your hosting company, or fiverr.com. Then you can use play money and hopefully learn with that. But be very careful as AdWords can suck all the money out of your wallet before you know it. If you have ever seen a hurricane or tornado, then that is the effect AdWords can have on your wallet.
