Okay, so I am a senior citizen and have no tech ability when it comes to the internet. I just posted an online course and have no clue on how to drive traffic to it. The host does advertising which helps me somewhat. I have very few Facebook contacts.

Are there any sites where you can post info on the course and if someone is interested they will click on your link?

Most sites I have seen do not allow self posting for $ gain?

Thanks to all and happy holidays

    Hey Cyruspup,

It depends on the niche/info that you're providing. If it's about health niche, then I'd find forums online where you can "Discuss" various topics and you can have a signature link and what not.

You want to probably make another Facebook to brand your product/name and start adding people that's in your niche. OR you can create a Facebook page and promote it by free traffic, OR paying Facebook (PPC/Promote Post/Promote page) to get people to like your page.

Is it something you've created or are you an affiliate for the product?

IMO, you'll need more than just an IM product to sell.

Like already mentioned, If your traffic hangs out on same niche forums, there's your traffic leads. The catch is nobody will take you serious on a niche forum unless you have a decent product, so get that right first. If you go into a forum blasting links you'll most likely get shut down, helping people in the same niche is how you avoid that problem (think long term). A good traffic lure is a related free product, most people won't turn down free as long as it's something they want/need.
