Adsense Copyright related question

Hello,
I've got an idea here and want to be sure that it won't hurt (get banned) my adsense. I'm sure some of you already tried this.
well, the thing is that, what if I just copy content from other websites and fill my blog with them, time to time, WITH ALL COPYRIGHT THINGS AND backlinks/ respects to their original sources.
well, I'm smart enough to know that my SEO rank/positions will be at zero as I'd use copy/paste content, but the traffic source will be other than Google.
The thing I want to know is how safe it's to put adsense banners/ads to such website?
to say, traffic/traffic sources won't be illegal/invalid.
