White-label monthly SEO report tool

Hey everyone,

Intro Here (OPTIONAL read):

I have been selling content for websites for 3 years. I have written content to a SEO site, backlinks site and more.

This made me learn the basics of SEO, mostly on-site SEO.

I earnt fair amount of money with PPC system. I have been managing my own websites since 2003.

Lately, I got the change to be the SEO consultant of two newspaper websites of a huge media publishing group. I started doing well, had nice improvements.

My problem is that (There comes the QUESTION):

I write good report about what I have been doing during the last month. What I need is:

I want a SEO report tool like (woorank (there was a thread about this, all I could get from that one was woorank clones)) by which I mean, all in one fancy graph, white-label report export tool.

I should be able to:

1. Export graphs that look fancy to my client. They asked for nothing special, no kw, no special data, all is upto me. I know this is not professional way to word this problem into word "fancy" but I hope you got what I mean.

2. Translate, edit any wording existing on the report.

3. Export into pdf, doc to hand soft or hard copies.

Why I don't want woorank is that I manage two websites for a client for now, paying 150$ is kinda expensive to start with, compared to MOZ being 99$, Raven 99$ and more.

What is a good tool, all in one solution to answer my problem?

Best regards,

Thanks for the reply. I registered and tested it now. Loved their interface but it seemed to me it is a good way of reporting analytics data, especially for keywords.

What I want is a report tool like woorank, similarweb that will give me sth like this:
    Warriorforum.com - Website Traffic - by SimilarWeb
    warriorforum.com | Website Review for warriorforum.com | WooRank.com

    Hi caballus!

Over the past year I've built a six figure SEO agency, so have experienced many of the growing pains that you're talking about. Reporting was one of our first big challenges, but then I found Raven Tools. Raven allows you to brand incredible PDFs including Analytics data and also some really other great KPIs and also add your commentary/analysis throughout it.

It's quick and easy...and CHEAP!...and single-handedly won us over some new clients when they saw how transparent we are.

Check it out...they have a free trial, and then it's just $99 per month.

Thanks loaf1011, glad to read your post.

I am already using Raven, it is my favourite for technical analysis report.

I now mostly work with client's IT specialist, Raven is better to report, analyze, export for the tech guy.

What I specifically ask is in order to impress the digital media manager. I could just start my report with summary, ad that report data and move forward with technical analysis.

If I can't find a solution, I will definitely go for Raven, I already created custom reports, brand templates and I will make more use of it in near future.

What I came up with is the idea to tell a professional designer to create me an indesign, photoshop or sth similar template similar to woorank, similar web, so I could use that template for reporting in the future.

I definitely understand what you're saying about WooRank...that was really my goal with regards to an initial prospecting report, and also considered going the designer/Photoshop route. In the end, though, I decided that it just wasn't scalable, and settled on using some Raven custom reports even for initial prospecting reports. If you include competition data you can really start impressing managers and decision makers, as that's what really drives their emotion when it comes to investing in SEO or any other forms of marketing.
