    What industry/niche? Depending on the website subject the rate could go way up for the PR5.

    Too much, that is what it will cost.

    You'd be better off buying some expired domains and having just your link on the homepage to avoid diluting the effect.

    nope actually one of my online friends sold me that for $11 and that guy told me that its gonna be there permantly .

    the link is live. and I checked
    its dofollow, pr5 and blogroll side bar link that means the link is not only in homepage but also all the other pages.

    the nitches of my site and his site is bit different.

    so I'm thinking my site is targetting a 14k monthly searches and this alone link can boost my serp to #1 page.
