Link selling and buying

I am new to the link selling and buying field, and have questions about both.

First, the buying:
I am looking to buy links or blogposts (not sure if there are other names for them - guestposts?) in the law/lawyer/legal niche. Where would I be able to get there? are they available here on the wf?

Second, the selling:
I have a PR5 travel niche blog (PA:25, DA15) that I would like to sell links on. Anyone know what is the average that I can expect for renting/selling links on the site, and where to go to actually sell the links.

I'm not the most experienced person in this field, but I'll relay my experience.

I only worked directly with blogs, as in I always sent a direct inquiry to the blog. Yes, I usually sought out guestposts, although those aren't your only option. Here's the rates my clients were willing to pay the sites:

    PR5 homepage - $100
    PR3 homepage - $60-70

(Remember, these were for guest posts, which themselves would start with PR0).
These are the fees paid to the sites; for finding and writing the content, I doubled the price. Because I work directly with blogs and clients, there is a range in fees. Also, you may find these much higher than fees advertised on the WF, because they were niche-specific, and did not normally sell links.

In other words, if you advertise your PR5 domain for links, don't expect $100 from each person.

There are 2 sites that you can sell your links:
    Fourerr.com
    Fiverr.com

    Hope that helps
