Hey guys,

I'm not gunna lie, I've never tried to use ppc to get traffic to an offer before but now I'm about to promote a product for a guy (clickbank) through paid methods.

So in your experience, would running a campaign on Adwords be the best bet or does Facebook ads have some benefit over google?

I'm trying to promote a product just after Xmas/the start of the new year as it's perfect do that. I'd like to pump some money into this promotion and see how it goes.

So which would be the best?

Thanks

It depends upon what type of product you are promoting

You need to read Google Policies, so you don't get your account suspended for advertising affiliate products with Adwords.

Google considers affiliate sites, low quality and made to deceive the user into buying. Google is all about giving the users quality relevant information. Read this specifically: Bridge Pages

You can make it work, but it can't be a crappy affiliate site. You will be REQUIRED to give your visitors valuable information and not a crappy squeeze page.
