$150 / keyword ranked in google top

I have a website with 3 keywords
ranked on about the 3the place . All 3 keywords have a high CPC of $150 + on adwords

I am getting traffic but not much ( was for adsense )
Now what should i do .
Should i focus on getting the keywords to 1
Or should i target more keywords .

Or should i try and sell the site ?

    That will never happen.

    Your not getting a $150 click on your Adsense site, your looking at the CPC for Google Search which is completely different than the Contextual Tool CPC (display network).

        Lol, that's a bit of a price swing $149.80.

        Google Search Adwords is still the wrong CPC. Even on the Contextual Tool CPC, a rough estimate would be 50% of the CPC. Now factor in that you'll end up with a wide variety of ads compliments of longtail keywords, personalized SERPs, etc...

          Agree .
          So for all adsense users u say that building a website about insurance is totaly worthless ?
          Because why try to rank for such a website when you can rank for the much easyer keyword and less cpc value ?
