Formula for KEI and other valuations

What kind of formula would I use to help me get keywords using the allintitle, allintext, allinurl, allinanchor information collected by Keyword Extreme 4 (KX4).
I believe KEI is monthly traffic^2 /total websites
Is there an equation to use the "allin" information from above.
I've been using Market Samurai (MS) to get the long tail keywords and tell me the Majestic Title to Anchor ratio (I don't know how that ratio is figured). Then I plug them into KX4 to get Google traffic and cost per click.
If there is a way to just use KX4 and a few formulas I would love to do it.
