How to target new market?

I have an established blood pressure site:
control-your-blood-pressure.com
This site has excellent SERPs and consistent traffic. Almost all the traffic comes from blood pressure searches and articles.
Now I want to target the same product at stress management. I will create a specific sales page for it and eventually I will build more specific content. But in the short term it will share a lot of content with the blood pressure site.
My question is how to format this in my site? Should I start a whole new site for stress management and link the two?
O should I use a subdomain, i.e.:
stress-management.control-your-blood-pressure.com
Or should I just add new pages or folders to the existing site for now:
control-your-blood-pressure.com/stress-management/salespage.html
I should add that I will also be starting a WP blog that will cover both niches.
