I would like to know your opinion about translating content from english to spanish and if that action can make a penalization from Panda or Penguin.

    It's not likely to result in penalization if it's a human translation, or if it's an automated translation that's been edited by a human to correct the garbage that usually shows up in automated translations.

    It's a human translation or better to say, an automated translation that's been edited by a human to correct the errors made it by the google translations.
