Hi, I would like to know why universalarches.com is ranked higher than arcoframe.co.uk for the keyword arch windows when arcoframe.co.uk have a lot more Backlinks?

    Backlinks in a large number of quantity is not worth now-a-days..Quality is the important point..Few quality back links are more worthy than lots of low quality back links..

    Now the quality is more important than quantity if you have two sites in which one have 10 back links from 10 different site of 1, 2, 3 PR and other have 5 backlinks from five sites of 5, 6 PR. In this case the second one is much better then the first one..... Hope you will get the answer,

    Not necessary that they have more backlinks, but might be that the links that site has are good quality and from high pr sites. Quality of links is more important than the quantity of the links.
