Need Advice re selling high quality expired domains

Hi Guys,
I need some advice really if anyone can oblige.

I have spent ages looking for expired domains for SEO purposes and have found a LOT that are free to register right now, and some of them are truly excellent, and by excellent I mean EXCELLENT!

For example some of them have links still in place from for example CNN & NBC, etc that have been there since 1997. Others have legitimate links from top websites like the BBC, .gov, .edu, wikipedia, etc, etc, etc where the page giving the link has a PR5 or PR6.

They are all aged, i.e the links were put there between 1997 & 2010 and by legitimate I mean they are NOT blog comments and the like, but rather part of a real news story where the story linked to the website.

The websites are long since dead but the links remain and the domains are available to be registered.

I've registered loads and they really do have a lot of power as you can imagine, they are great for blog networks, or 301 redirects, or even to actually build your money site on, but...

What should I do with my enormous list of available domains?

I was debating whether a WSO might work, or some kind of monthly service where I give members x number of domains each per month, or just selling them ad hoc.

But will anyone get it, will anyone be interested enough to buy them, and if yes then how much are they worth?

I'm sure some of you will see that they are dynamite in terms of SEO uses - but is there a market for them and how/where could they be sold?

You can send me a PM and let me know how many you have.

If they are really good I might be interested in buying the whole batch.

Other places to sell them are GoDaddy or any other auctions but then you have to at least wait till another PR update cause without PR they won't sell for much.

About 9 months ago I scraped CNN myself so I don't know when you registered these domains?

I think the issue is that there are hundreds of thousands of pages on these larger websites and it's nigh on impossible to find them all, so depending on where you start will influence which pages you find.

Anyway, I haven't registered all of the domains I've found, I could never use them all myself, but the ones I've set up as blogs and created links from to money sites have done incredibly well, they rank like crazy, I think Google is more interested in authority and reputation than just PR and so links from sites like these are incredibly powerful.

You should register them all and build blog sites on them

You then have the option of selling them as established sites, or you could sell links on them

I know it gets expensive to keep registering domains, but it is an investment in your case

I could co-develop some of them with you - and I'm sure some other people on here would co-develop some as well

I too have ton loads at my finger tip but heres the problems you are going to have if you try and sell them before developing them

      A) Most will not have PR since most if not all have been out of the index. the market is still attached to PR
      B) some of them already might have been blog networks and were deindexed. You can't be fully sure until you buy them and set them up and see if they reindexed.
      C) a lot of people will squack if you give them a domain that has not yet been indexed again. You almost have to buy them and set them up

Now if you buy them and they get reindexed and you know SEO and use them to rank sites for yourself or customers then you don't need to worry about PR. IF the juice ranks sites then they rank sites and the results speak for themselves.

If you do sell it as a list without reindexing them you will end up having to sell the domains for far less than they are worth.

I just made him an offer of $20/domain assuming they are MozRank3+ DA20+ and TF15+ while if he waits for them to turn into PR3 they sell for at least $50/pop.

Thing is right now, just after the PR update I can buy tons of PR2 ones that show as PR2 already and indexed for just $15/piece from my broker.

        I pm'd him about this.

There is also another issue, most are not registered by him yet, and obvious I would like to see the domains before purchase, but when he would register them in advance we would deal with the 60-90 day waiting period before he can push them.
