Seeking SEO Company with Proof of growing sites after manual link penalties are removed

I have a website that just recently had a manual link penalty removed. We have reached out to tons of different SEO companies, but they are all the same bs.

We are looking for a company with proof of growing a website after getting a penalty removed, or at least a company with proof of growing a site after getting hit by panda or penguin.

Any legitimate marketers out there that can help?

Sorry to hear about the penalty. I am not a large SEO Agency but I do have SEO business clients as I continue to learning and growing my business. Depending on your site what I have always been taught to do is in the event of a penalty instead of testing and spending all kinds of money trying to rank the site again its better to just create a new site and rank that. Once a site is on Google's radar there is no telling what life can be life which is why it is easier to just get back off their radar, at least for these types of reasons.

I understand this might not be what you want to hear, but I can help you rank a new site quickly if interested. Not sure if this is what you keep hearing, if it is I do apologize. Let me know if you want to talk more. Either way best of luck.

    Thanks.

That gives us absolutely no information as to what you are looking for. Is their BS that they use the wrong kinds of links that got you penalized at first, because their prices were outside of your budget, because they did not open up their clients sites to your scrutiny for no good reason or because you just generally think you know SEO better than all of them?

If you have cleaned up your site and have no penalty then there is no difference than any other site. So is it truly cleaned up or does it still have things weighing it down in the algo. Yeah you had a penalty removed but that was manual. The algo itself with poor content and/or backlinks could still be banishing it to page 20.

I agree with Mike, If a penalty was already removed then all you have is a regular site. The old penalty would be irrelevant now.

It may be easier, cheaper and faster in the long run to start again by porting the contents of the penalised site to a brand new domain name, 301 redirecting some of the old internal pages, and shutting down the old site.

I have a sneaking suspicion that Google puts sites with a previous manual penalty on a watch list (Google parole), and the link-spam trigger points for previously penalised sites are far finer than for sites that have never been penalised.

In my experience with two sites that had a penalty, it takes about one hour to port a Wordpress site and set up the 301 redirects and then 4-5 weeks to start seeing results.

PS -Make sure you create a brand new Google Webmaster Tools account for the new domain, and if possible, change hosting provider to get a new IP address.

Agreed. You're back at square one with a regular site. If the penalties gone, then it's gone. You just need an SEO company with proof of successful results for their clients, which any real company should have. Most SEO's that corrected their poor anchor text diversity habits after Penguin were able to recover their sites. But obviously that's not why you got hit with a manual penalty, it must have been something else. But I can help you, just get in contact.
