Hi Guys,

I'm about to launch a chat website based on our new software, it is a cloud based voice and video chat app that can be installed in ios, android phone, and it also can be insert into webpage as a chat room.

Currently I'm searching the main keywords for the website, voice chat, video chat, cloud video, cloud audio are absolutely the most proper niches, I searched voice cloud on adwords keyword planner with competitors website, however, I didn't find any related keywords suggestions.

Is there a certain rule how to decide keywords for new website? Which tool I should apply?

Voice cloud? really? Your product is "Cloud Based" or 'Cloud Enabled" but that is HOW it works, not WHAT it is. I would leave hyping "Cloud" on the website and product description.

Go onto ITunes and find similar products and see what terms they are using. Once you have a base of terms you can expand from there. And yes Adwords is a good tool to use.

    Hope that Helps!

I'm certainly not the end all be all of marketing but keywords are typically something you want to base your product around, not simply exploitative ways of driving customers to you.

Not that business can't thrive without keywords at heart, but you would probably be best served to instead focus on the value your company provides. If you are allowing consumers to communicate in a (presumably) more reliable fashion then you should try to find keywords related to unreliable lines, poor chat connections, and things of the like. If you are creating a higher resolution format then focus on keywords that deal with low chat quality, poor picture webcam, or just general ideas like that.
