Ranking in google problems

Hello,

I've a site that I'm trying rank on google. The problem is, since the site is online (2 weeks ago), it mantains 450th rank (I check the rank on hxxp://tools.idichvuseo.com/keywordchecker)

The only change I did, was yesterday, when I linked my page with a google plus page, suddenly my site went beyond the 1000 position (>1000).

Then I unlinked my site with google plus again and the site came back to 450 rank.

Is this normal?

I haven't done off page seo yet, but I thought that with only on page seo my rank would be better than 450.

Thank you

Have you setup google web master tools? Have you submitted a sitemap? There are many things you need to do to make sure your site is built clean and is structured correctly so that google can index it correctly. Google sometimes crawls sites slower than others. Give it some time. Also, connecting your google+ account 100% will not negatively effect your rankings.

Well, based on my experience, google won't change your website rank that fast, and linking your google plus to your website won't harm your website.
Maybe you can check your keywords competition, if you are targeting a huge competition keyword and you just started your SEO process 2 days ago, it's not a surprise that you're hard to rank.
Try different keywords which has a lower competition, an try to make your onpage optimization more perfect, especially your articles.

        Could anybody help me?
Is normal that my site remains beyond 1000th position? How long must I wait until my site begins ranking better?

        Thank you.

          Thank you.
You need to keep some patience and focus on creating quality backlinks for your keywords. Target high PR sites related to your niche and get backlinks from them. And first try to target long term keywords in comparison of short.

I was waiting for off page seo until on page SEO was working. But my site remains at 1000th position. Now without G+.

I'm trying to improve my in page seo.

What sites can I use for revise my site? Some advice to bear in mind?

And another page for check my SERP? Maybe the one I'm using is doing it wrong.

            Thank you

Seems impossible that this frequent change comes up with only verifying your page with G+. It seems to be history or cache that illuminated you..

I agree with the answer of RikkyBoss. Google plus account doesn't harm your website. Even it affects positively your site. Well the 4400 monthly searches is not so much competitive. I didn't have this type of experience in my SEO tenure so far.

    Hi there,

I'm quieter about this. I see that my site in google is now at position 205. It's a matter of patience (this is my first SEO site).
I've seen too, that in bing, I am at position 12, wow.

Is bing so important as google to drive traffic?

Now, my next step will be link my site with G+ and Facebook, and next begin building backlinks.

    Thank you all.

    Hello there,

I have a doubt. I'm seeing my site ranking up in serp tracking sites such as Find Google, Yahoo, and Bing Rank and SERP Checker.

Both sites tell me my serp position is 130, but I don't see it browsing in google.com. If I open google and I search for my keywords, my site doesn't exist.

    Why?

    Thank you

If you really want precise answers, we'd need to know your site and keywords. There's too many factors to really discuss real-world websites, so you get only vague "might be this or might be that" type of answers.

    For example:
    - From where I come from, Bing is a joke. I hear it might do pretty well in other places. It's not Google, though.
    - You might be searching from wrong Google index, or you might have personalized results messing with you. For example, I've got VPN via Amsterdam so Google naturally thinks I'm in Ireland. I don't even want to see how messed up my personalized results would be.

Links in signature will not help your SEO. Not on this site, and not on any other forum.
Who told me this? An ex Google web spam engineer.

    What's your excuse?

      Ok, you're right.

My site is juicervsblenderhq.com and my main keyword is "juicer vs blender".

I'm searching from spain, but I'm trying rank in google.com. Maybe this is the problem.

      How must I do it?

      Thank you very much

That would be a problem, unless you're asking Google to provide you the right information. See this old thread and the third comment.

Unfortunately I'm on the road and don't have my SERP trackers installed on this computer, so can't take a peek. I'd use one of those, because you can just choose which Google version and what language you want to see. Much less change of getting the wrong results by accident. Several services also have free accounts (WebMeUp, Rank Checker Ace / Pro Rank Tracker...).

THE SITE IS 2 WEEKS OLD!? What kind of question is this? You obviously have no idea what the hell you are doing. New sites dance and your site isn't getting much of anywhere without some backlinks. You can do all the on page SEO you want but its going to continue to drift and dance until you start backlinking it.

Also, the keyword you described isn't competitive. You can rank a keyword like that with a few strong network links or drip feed a well optimized campaign in GSA. But don't sit around with your thumb up your ass complaining about its ranks after 2 weeks. If you ask me the site is never going to rank because you don't seem to understand how basic SEO works. Optimize site >>> build links >>> be patient >>> then ask intelligent questions based on all the on page / off page SEO you did.

You basically skipped the last 3 steps altogether. And I cant even take you question seriously.

Good catch, I didn't even go that far. The domain was also registered just 2 months ago.

So it's another Amazon affiliate site with content that's not too great. I don't see why it can't rank, but it'll take more time than couple of weeks. I know a site that has locally well-known brand name, had good backlinks from the start, and redirections from their old mid-PR site, but they got nowhere in two weeks. How do you expect Google to decide if your site is relevant or not?

can't agree more.. you are lucky enough if you rank in six months! Patience is the key and of course more quality backlinks and two months is too short to expect too much!

I agree, but it's not necessary to use that tone . Just so I'm asking in this forum. When I have more knowledge, will bring.

To be honest there's no difference whenever your site is #450 or #1000. Probably no one is so desperate to go that far into SERPs. Proper analysis starts when you start climbing from #100 to the top.

Maybe there were (and are) 450 (or more) websites already doing better
    things than you.

You can't just slap a site up, and in 2 weeks expect miracles.
