Try Again - Immediate PR Value On a New Post

Started a new thread and viewing it results in an error, so here it is again:

When you create a new post on your website, the page displaying the post is typically PR n/a. And even after awhile, after Google has indexed it, it doesn't have PR. It may have PR internally to Google, but it's not displayed on the toolbar until the next Google toolbar update. But not with some sites.

Take Warrior Forum, for example. You create a new thread, and the new page almost immediately has a PR value - like PR4.

Why does the Google toolbar of some site's internal pages get immediately updated to display PR, when for most sites that doesn't happen?

Side note. That just happened to me on a site of mine. The home page is PR1. I created a new post, and the PR of that post is PR1. Right away. That normally doesn't happen (to me, anyway).
