Urgently need your help and advice...!!!

I really don't know it is a good place to post this thread; I can't stop myself. Actually I do have a website and my target region is US for the keyword ranking. I hire an Indian agency for my website and have to do some changes in my website.
My main motto is to rank my main three keywords which are given below:
# Award winning web design company
# Web design company
# Best web design company

The main keyword "web design company" is ranking in 473 position in Google when I use to check it manually on Google.com.
And when sometime I use to check the same keyword ranking on some proxy website like hidemyass.com then it is showing me that it is ranking in 176th position on Google.com
I also use Google chrome extension "SEO Global for search" then this extension result and the proxy website results are same.
When I use to check my competitor website keywords ranking then it showing me the same ranking on Google.com, proxy website and as well as in Google chrome extension.
I am really worries why it is happening only to my website i.e. "61designstreet.com".
Please guys helps me out. I also have consult the other SEO and they were also not able to tell me the answer of my questions.
