How to transform an affiliate website to be Adwords compliant?

Hi,
I've created a website which converts pretty good from secondary traffic sources, but the traffic volume is pretty low.

Therefore, I want to promote a version of this website on Adwords as well, by creating a new domain which I would like to be Google-SEO compliant as well (who knows, maybe I could get some organic traffic in the future as well).

The question is how do I do this correctly (white-hat), as of 2014?
basically the website contains some info, and an affiliate link.

1. Do I have for example, to cover this link up with a redirect?
2. Do I have to make sure that the content is "original" and does not show up in other websites?
3. Do I have to add a "disclaimer" page, in addition to the privacy policy and contact us page?
4. Do I have to try and create some digital product to make it seem like I have my own shopping cart as well?
5. Do I have to compare it the other products? does such comparison needs to be objective?

Is there any recommended tutorial which contains all the info I need to know, so I won't screw it up and get my Adwords account banned, and tank down any possible organic ranking?

    1) There's no problem to have a "real" affiliate link. However, if that's possible, I suggest you to contact with your vendor so he/she could make a custom landing page for you. For example: vendorsite.com/yoursite-offer

    2) Content has to be indeed original, not copied from anywhere else

    3) It's good to have disclaimer & privacy policy both. However, I advise you to add them into your footer (small font).

    4) Nah... The less the better. Your visitor (buyer) has to have a easy access to the product you are selling. Carts and other similar stuff are more or less "obstacles". Especially when it's digital product

    5) Your call...

BUT... If possible, REAL e-mail address, company/individual address, telephone number etc should be written on your pages to add credibility to both - visitors and Adwords.

If it's my really my call of course I would not change anything, as the current version of the website is converting. But what about Adwords "Bridge Page" Policy? If I only offer one link to one product, the website can marked as a bridge and get me banned. Since I'm an affiliate, I don't have any real business, I'm just referring people, so what kind of address and phone should I list?
