YT demonetized. not sure why. add new yt account?

so i have been doing very well for myself on youtube. i have also done it white hat. however, i woke up this morning to learn that all 4 of my accounts and 3000 videos have been demonetized.
i am not banned from yt or adsense. however, most of my money comes from yt. i have no idea why, but the email says you can be banned for community guidelines (innocent), copyright strikes (innocent) or content id.
well, my only guess is content id. most of my videos are filmed in a gym. as a result, there are occasionally times where a song is in the background that sets off third party or content id.
i delete those right away since i cant make money from them anyway. i dont kinow what led to this, but i assume it is too many content id matches. that sucks because the music is never a focal point and is just something the camera picks up.
anyway, from what i read, i can forget getting monetization back. however, just to test, i opened anouther yt account and i linked it to my adsense and it let me monetize. so should i just use the new account? or will they just ultimately shut that down too? i dont really want to have to get all sneaky and try to open a new adsense.
