Should I Remove Some Backlinks?

Say that I have a PR 4 domain that links to 15-20 different posts on a money site. Would you remove all of these backlinks apart from one and have it link to a page that lists many posts on the money site? In other words, instead of linking to a bunch of individual posts, you're linking to one page that displays links to all of these posts, if you know what I mean.

nah. i've never tried anything like that before, but i would think that a page with 15-20 links on it would hold 15-20 times less value as opposed to if the page only had 1 link. if i were u i'd stick with the old format that you were using

If I have good reason to link to those post myself, I would link to it.

Use Google Webmasters to check the bad links, if a bad link found, you remove it.

None are bad links, as they're created from a PR4 domain I purchased a year or so ago. My question is whether it's better to link to 15-20 different posts or just one page that lists all these posts. I'm confused because I want to spread the link juice around, and while I know link juice will be diluted in both cases, it's a matter of which one is better and perhaps safer.

If all of the links will be going to the same domain then just link to it from the homepage. That's where the link juice is and linking to the site from all these internal pages won't send any more link juice, in fact much less as it will be an internal page.

I know that linking to the homepage will build up the site's authority, but is it really better than linking to internal pages to rank as many posts as possible?

I suppose it's a question of whether one link going to the homepage is going to be more beneficial than sending 15 links to internal pages or not. In one sense linking to a single page will not dilute the link juice, but then again at least the posts I'm trying to rank will have some link juice, however diluted, if I do it the other way.
