How to resolve 404 Error for Ecommerce Website

Hi All,

Please help me out, i am working on a ecommerce website and it is showing around 5000 soft crawl errors in Google webmaster tool for sold items.

Need suggestions : how I can resolve all errors or delete them permanently in short span of time?

Should I need to generate sitemap with the current links so that when google crawls it will consider only current pages ?

Or anything else, which I can do.

Please share your suggestions as soon as possible.

    You can block the urls add to robots.txt
    You can check all and "mark as fix"
    Fetch it first if anything and then FIX the URL's
    Signature
