Using redirect from No index, no follow page

Hi,
If you create a page with "noindex, nofollow," between site(page) A and site(page) B, would Google still know the relationship between A and B?

A --> page(noindex, nofollow), redirect to --> B

For a reason (a bit complicated to explain here), I want to put a link from A to B, but I don't want Google to know any relationship between A and B.

Just putting a "nofollow" link does not work because Google still see the link.

Thanks!

Google have said themselves if you put nofollow they MAY or MAY NOT follow it anyway. So if you don't want them to find out I wouldn't put it in there.

Okay, but it makes no sense. Google has ways of tracking the page that
lead people to your page, noindex or not. It's called your history.

I see that what you want is sort of a redirect that is undetectable to
      google.

The easy solution would be to put another page between them. A redirect
to a redirected page to the final page.

And I might add that you would want the middle page to have a link
to be clicked on to continue. Otherwise, I do believe the original page
      will still be the referrer.

Redirect to the middle page with a link to the final destination. I can't
come up with any other redirects that will not count the first page.

Although I did read somewhere that google will only "track" a certain
amount of redirects. I want to say 7, but can't remember. So, if
you put something like 8 redirects, all in a row, perhaps that would work.

I should also mention that you want the first page and the final page to
      of different domains as well.

...or use javascript where the javascript URL is broken into multiple parts & reconnected on page leave/click.

Google will still find other ways into each page.
