SEO for a new website - my plan

I have a couple of new websites, not more than 2 weeks old, and I come with this SEO strategy.

- 30 facebook likes
- 30 twitter retweets
- 30 blog comments
- 20 social bookmarks
- 10 article submissions
- 10 web 2.0 properties
- 10 wiki links
- 5 edu links

I don't plan to make them all at once, but drip feed during the period of 7 days.
What would you change here so the impact on SEO is better but with no chance of hurting it?

If you plan on keeping dripfeeding this kind of links you will be hurting your site.

Indeed if you dripfeed such huge sum of links daily, you will be hurting your ranking in longer term.

I don't think I made myself clear, I wouldn't drip feed everything daily, but slowly during the period of 7 days!

Like 5 retweets today, 5 retweets tomorrow... until 30.

First you have to make a very good on page seo. And of course to choose the right keyword.

It depends on the website and audience you want to target.

As i see your plan is

        - 30 facebook likes
        - 30 twitter retweets
        - 30 blog comments
        - 20 social bookmarks
        - 10 article submissions
        - 10 web 2.0 properties
        - 10 wiki links
        - 5 edu links

Here things that will surely boost your website traffic are article submissions and blog comments. However a strategic SEO analysis will bosst more vistors to your site...

I'd suggest adding some private blog posts with decent DA/PA PR too.

Drip feed all day long, those weak links will never do anything.

Take that $5 & go buy a Little Caesars pizza.

To be honest, I would suggest that the original outlined plan is about building low quality links. As a result, it's only a matter of time before you're hit by a penalty.

You might be better off concentrating on guest blogging, backed up by social media engagement. All of that assumes that you have quality content in place on your site already, of course.

Please add Google Plus (+1's) in your plan too. As in several experiments we saw that +1 out stand a website or post among all search results.

A matter of caution don't rush onto the things by hiring some unprofessional individuals, i will surely going to hurt you a lot. I personally have a taste of it... so now i am doing this on my own!! and started to see a slow but good improvement.
